Internal Rules of the riad-Au20Jasmins (riad, fez, morocco)
Article 1 – LEGAL REGULATIONS. This regulation falls under the by-laws of the riad Au20Jasmins . The resident is not able to invoke legal provisions enforceable with regard to residence leases, in particular concerning lodging on the premises.
The price of rental includes room availability tax inclusive. Optional services are not included in the price.
lodgings of more than 6
days require advance payment and cannot be reimbursed in the event
of early departure.
The optional
services are payable every week or as soon as the total value
reaches the sum of 1,000 DH. Article 3 – ENTRY FORMALITIES.
In compliance with
the regulations in force in Morocco pursuant to hotel
establishments, any individual lodging at the riad
Au20Jasmins
upon
arrival must fill out a registration card and present an I.D.
document. Article 4 – LENGTH OF lodging
The length of the
lodging is that specified upon confirmation of reservation at the
riad
Au20Jasmins. It
can be extended if room availability so allows. Article 5 – BILLING
The bills are
written out to the name of the resident, individual person or
corporate entity when responsible for payment. A bill is written out
dated with the exact number of days. Article 6 - OBLIGATIONS OF RESIDENT The resident will use the premises rented and the relevant facilities in a responsible manner and ensures full compliance with the present provisions. Use of the riad Au20Jasmins as a business address, either private or professional, is strictly forbidden. Any profitable activity or employment of staff remunerated by the resident is strictly prohibited at the riad Au20Jasmins .
The client is to
behave with respect with regard to the other residents and must not
act in any way that could disturb their tranquility, good morals or
the honor of the hotel establishment. Article 7 – AVAILABILITY AND DEGRADATION The room is made available to the resident at the stipulated date as of 2:00 p.m. The apartment must be vacated before NOON the day of departure. Upon arrival, the status of the premises is verified in the presence of a receptionist. The resident shall be liable for the cost of any missing items and the cost of degradation to other articles. Upon departure, a check will be made to establish the inventory of the premises occupied.
Article 8 -LIABILITY. The liability of the riad Au20Jasmins in no way can be invoked in the event of theft or degradation of personal belongings in the apartments, including in individual chests, jointly used premises, parking space and any other annex or building belonging to the riad Au20Jasmins .
Article 9 - INSURANCE. the riad Au20Jasmins is covered by civil liability insurance.
Article 10 - VISITS. Visits are authorized only upon approval by the management. Visitors are required to make known their identity.
Article 11 - SERVICES. the riad Au20Jasmins shall do everything necessary to provide the usual hotel services (housework, change of sheets and towels, security, hygiene and comfort) and in no way can be held liable for inconvenience caused by reasons outside its control, for example, with regard to electricity and the telephone.
the riad Au20Jasmins shall retain the right to enter the rented premises for reasons of upkeep and to ensure correct performance of the contractual conditions.
Article 12 – ADVANCE PAYMENT. Upon reservation an advance of 30% of the price of rental is required (minimum 1 night). In the event of cancellation, this advance will be reimbursed (after deduction of bank charges) under the following conditions: · Full sum if the cancellation takes place more than one month prior to the date of arrival. · 50% if the cancellation takes place between 15 and 30 days prior to the date of arrival. · 25% if the cancellation takes places between 3 and 14 prior to the date of arrival. Article 13- TERMINATION. The implicit rental contract shall be terminated ipso facto without formality and without delay, in the event of failure to perform on the part of resident, of any of the present stipulations.
